The Only High Lumen High Bay Available in a Multi-Module Configuration
Averlite is the only LED lighting manufacturer offering the high lumen high bay in a multi-module configuration. By stacking up to three 240W 5000K modules, the High Lumen Multi-Module High Bay achieves a maximum output of 116,100 lumens — 38,700 lm × 3 — making it the highest-output high lumen high bay configuration available on the market.
| Configuration | Wattage | Lumen Output |
|---|---|---|
| Single module | 240W | 38,700 lm |
| Dual module | 480W | 77,400 lm |
| Triple module (max) | 720W | 116,100 lm |
All configurations share the same fixture body, optics, and mounting hardware. The multi-module system is designed for large-span facilities — aircraft hangars, ship maintenance bays, large distribution centers, and any space where a single standard high bay cannot achieve the required footcandle levels at floor height.

Die-Cast Aluminum Housing
The fixture body and heat sink are die-cast aluminum — chosen for thermal conductivity, structural rigidity, and corrosion resistance in industrial environments. The aluminum mass draws heat away from the LED array and driver passively, which is the primary factor governing long-term lumen maintenance and driver longevity.
Finish
Standard finish is black powdercoat, which resists UV degradation, industrial cleaning agents, and surface corrosion. White is available on request. Other custom finishes are available — contact us for details.
IP65 Rated
IP65 certified: fully dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. Qualifies for wet and damp locations including loading docks, wash-down adjacent areas, and outdoor-covered structures.
Stainless Steel Mounting Hardware
Hook mounts are stainless steel — M10 thread on 100W and 150W fixtures, M12 on 200W and 240W — resisting corrosion in humid or chemically active environments. A 32-inch safety cable ships standard with every fixture.

Color Temperature
Three CCT options — 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K — are specified at time of order. 5000K is the most common selection for warehouses and manufacturing for maximum visual acuity; 4000K suits mixed-use spaces; 3000K is available where a warmer tone is preferred.
Dimming
0–10V continuous dimming ships standard with every fixture — the 12-inch 2-wire dimming cord is included. No additional accessory required. Compatible with 0–10V controllers and building automation systems.
Input Voltage
Two voltage variants: standard L (120–277V AC) and high-voltage UH (277–480V AC) for three-phase industrial service panels. Both variants accept the same optics, reflectors, and mounting hardware.
Longevity & Reliability
157,000-Hour L70 Rating
L70 is the industry-standard lifespan metric — the point at which a fixture's output has declined to 70% of initial rated lumens. This fixture is rated to L70 at 157,000 hours at 77°F ambient. At 16 operating hours per day, that is approximately 26 years before reaching L70. Budget-tier UFO high bays commonly publish 50,000-hour L70 ratings — roughly 8.5 years under the same conditions. In facilities where high-bay replacement requires aerial lift access, fewer replacement cycles represent real and quantifiable maintenance cost savings.
5-Year Warranty — With a 10-Year Option
Every fixture carries a 5-year warranty covering full unit replacement: if a fixture fails within the warranty period, a replacement is shipped out — no prorated depreciation. A 10-year warranty upgrade is available at time of order, one of the longest coverage terms in this product category.
DLC Premium Listed
DLC Premium is the highest DesignLights Consortium qualification tier. It unlocks utility rebate eligibility across virtually all U.S. rebate programs and requires third-party verification of efficacy, lumen output, and warranty coverage. DLC Premium typically qualifies for a higher rebate dollar amount per fixture than standard DLC qualification.
ETL Listed
Intertek ETL Listing verifies compliance with applicable North American safety standards — equivalent to UL Listing — and satisfies building code requirements in most U.S. jurisdictions.
Operating Temperature: −22°F to +122°F
Rated for −22°F to +122°F (−30°C to +50°C) ambient. This covers the majority of U.S. industrial environments, including unheated cold-climate warehouses, refrigerated distribution facilities, and heat-intensive manufacturing spaces.

Why Averlite High Lumen High Bay
157,000-hour L70 vs. 50,000 hours in budget alternatives
Many comparable UFO high bays on the market publish 50,000-hour L70 ratings — roughly 8.5 years at 16 hours per day. This fixture is rated to 157,000 hours, approximately 26 years. In a facility where replacing high-bay fixtures requires a scissor lift or aerial work platform, the difference between zero relamping cycles and two or three over a building's life is a real, quantifiable maintenance cost.
Up to 173 lm/W vs. 145 lm/W in comparable fixtures
At up to 173 lm/W (100W model), this fixture delivers measurably more light per watt than competing options rated at 145 lm/W. On a 100-fixture installation running 16 hours per day at $0.12/kWh, the 28 lm/W efficacy difference at 100W scale translates to approximately $5,250 per year in electricity savings compared to a 145 lm/W alternative.
10-year warranty option
The standard 5-year replacement warranty is upgradeable to 10 years at time of order — roughly double the industry-standard coverage term for UFO-style high bays. Coverage is full fixture replacement with no prorated depreciation.
Both voltage ranges in one product family
The standard L variant covers 120–277V; the UH variant covers 277–480V for three-phase industrial distribution. Both use identical optics, reflectors, and mounting hardware — one product family covers your entire facility regardless of service voltage.
IES photometric files included
Downloadable IES photometric files are available for multiple wattage configurations. IES files allow lighting designers and engineers to model photometric performance in AGi32, DIALux, or REVIT before installation — verifying footcandle levels, spacing, and uniformity on paper before a single fixture is ordered. Most competing products at this price point do not provide IES files.

Request a Free Lighting PlanHigh Lumen High Bay — Frequently Asked Questions
What ceiling height range is this fixture designed for?
High lumen high bay fixtures perform best in spaces with ceiling heights between 20 and 50 feet. At 20–25 ft, the 100W model with a 120° optic typically achieves the 30–50 footcandles recommended for general warehouse tasks. At 35–50 ft, the 200W or 240W model paired with a 70° AL-series reflector maintains adequate light levels at floor height. For a site-specific layout with exact fixture count and spacing, request a free lighting plan.
What does the 157,000-hour L70 rating mean in practice?
L70 is the point at which a fixture's lumen output has fallen to 70% of its original rated value. At 157,000 hours, running 16 hours per day, you reach L70 after approximately 26 years. Most budget-tier UFO high bays are rated to 50,000 hours L70 — roughly 8.5 years under the same conditions. In tall facilities where aerial lift access is required for replacements, the difference between zero relamping cycles and two or three over a building's life is a meaningful cost factor.
What does the warranty cover?
The standard 5-year warranty covers full fixture replacement — if a fixture fails within the warranty period, a replacement unit is shipped out with no prorated depreciation. A 10-year warranty upgrade is available at time of order. Contact us for complete terms.
Is the 277–480V version a separate product?
Yes — the UH (ultra-high voltage) variant uses a different driver housing and is slightly larger and heavier. It accepts the same optics, reflectors, and mounting accessories as the standard L version. Specify the UH suffix when ordering for 277–480V applications.
Does dimming require a separate accessory?
No. A 12-inch 0–10V dimming cord ships standard with every fixture. You will need a compatible 0–10V dimming controller or building automation interface on the electrical side, but no additional fixture hardware is required.
What certifications qualify this fixture for utility rebates?
The DLC Premium listing is the primary rebate qualification. DLC Premium is the highest DesignLights Consortium tier and unlocks rebate eligibility in virtually all U.S. utility programs that recognize DLC-qualified products. ETL Listing separately satisfies building code safety compliance in most jurisdictions.
Does Averlite offer free lighting plans?
Yes. Submit your floor plan dimensions, ceiling height, and target footcandle levels and our team will produce a complete photometric layout — fixture placement, spacing, footcandle heat maps, and fixture count. Contact us to get started.
